Apple Galette with Fragipanne

Could not stop eating these apple galette’s.  Made with a flaky buttery crust with a layer of almond paste (frangipane) filling then layered with lovely juicey sweet and tart apples.  These sweet pastries will be featured at the long weekend farmer’s market next week.  I hope to see you there.

Cinnamon Swirl Raisin Bread

I have to say this is the best Cinnamon Raisin Bread I have ever had.  I have been testing out new bread recipes lately and this is a keeper.  I toasted the bread the next day and it was yummy.  I look forward to making french toast with it next time.  You will be seeing this soft, sweet smelling loaf at the market next week.

Gluten-free Bagels

Semolina Bread

Trying out semolina bread today.  Recipe that I learned to make at the San Francisco Baking Institute last month.  Just came out of the oven.  Smells great and feels soft.  Can’t wait to cut into it.
